ENROLMENT OVERVIEW

1. PRE REGISTRATION / CALL BACKS / TOURS
We would be honored to answer all of your questions and show you around during your personal tour of our school. Please Pre-Register your child prior to your arrival at no cost below so that we can cater the tour package for your child’s needs. Once we receive your Pre-Registration form, you will be contacted by the school to set up an interview/tour to see our facilities..

2. PART TUITION REGISTRATION / FULL REGISTRATION
To confirm a secure spot at our school,  an Enrolled Registration must be confirmed by the parent/guardian to the school with an Official Enrolment Form and a $250 non-refundable Registration Fee. Parents/Guardians have the option for Full Registration of their child as per the Yearly Rate or Part Tuition Registration for their child where they pay the tuition on a Seasonal or Monthly Rate; however, Post-Dated cheques are required to be submitted according to the Fee Payment Schedules, corresponding to their payment choice listed below. LFLF does not accept any deposits towards tuitions prior to the due dates listed below to hold a child’s spot at our school.


3. SECURE REGISTRATION / GUARANTEED FURTURE START DATE
In order to secure registrations for future enrollments with a guaranteed start date, an Official Pre-Registration Form must be submitted along with a $250 non-refundable Registration Fee as well as a non refundable part-tuition fee according to the Fee Payment schedule due date. This will secure your child’s future position in their class. Part-tuition fee will only be accepted if a start date is available and a tuition due date is scheduled as well as confirmed by the Director.


4. SECURE SPOT ON OUR WAIT LIST
To confirm a secure spot on our waiting list, parents/guardians are required to fill out a no-fee pre-registration form which will start their child’s waitlist/registration file. Children are placed on a waitlist cue in a first come, first serve sequence and a child’s placement/schedule will be confirmed to all parents upon request if available. Once an available spot is confirmed by the school and a tuition due date arrives, an Enrolled Registration must be confirmed by the parent/guardian to the school with an Official Enrolment Form and a $250 non-refundable Registration Fee as well as the tuition payment for their child that is due upon the appropriate tuition due date arrival, according to the Fee Payment Schedule below. This document will also be located in the parent tour package that is given to all parents during personal tours. Parents/Guardians will be contacted to make an appointment with the school at such time just before the payment due dates arrive. If the appointment is missed, then LFLF has the right to commence a monetary Registration with the next family in the waitlist cue, unless other arrangements have been made with the Director (eg. families that happen to be on holidays or in another country prior to start dates, etc).

ENROLMENT SUMMARY

Please note that a Pre-Registration will only confirm a call back to schedule a tour and an interview at our school or to confirm your place on the priority waitlist if a spot is not available as requested; however an Enrolled Registration will secure an immediate placement with our school and an Enrolment Part-Tuition Fee will secure a future placement with our school. This enrolled Part-tuition fee will only be accepted if a start date is available and a tuition due date is scheduled as well as confirmed by the Director.
